Terms And Conditions

  1. 1. The monthly advance payment must be equal and paid continuously for twelve months.
  2. 2. On completion of eleven months from the date of enrolment the member will be eligible to avail No wastage (VA) on jewellery (expect speical items like Diamonds, Platinum,Uncut Diamonds, Ruby, Emerald, Ethnic, Vintage, Silver articles & jewellery) limited to the accumulated advance amount only or the accumulated Gold weight based on the option chosen by the member (the advance payment cannot be extended beyond eleven months).
  3. 3. On Completion of eleven monthly advance payments from the date of enrolment the member is eligible for purchase of jewellery.
  4. 4. Cash will no be refunded under any circumstance, as per Government regulations.
  5. 5. Members who choose to discontinue within 7 months of enrolment will not be eligible for any benefits. However if the member discontinues during 8th, 9 & 10 month of enrolment, the member will be entitled to 60% of the wastage value on the jewellery purchased, limited to the accumulated advance amount or accumulated Gold Weight.
  6. 6. The member will be eligible for No Wastage (VA) on purchase only after they have paid all the advance payments continuously. The advance payment cannot be extended for more than 11 months. The plan will be discontinued as per terms mentioned above in the event of any default in the monthly advance payments. Hence it is required that a member pays the advance payments continuously without fail.
  7. 7. Making charges will be charged according to the type of jewellery purchased, and Wastage (VA) will be charged for special items as mentioned above.
  8. 8. The total advance amount paid will be refunded to the members without any benefit, if the member does not purchase jewellery within 12 months from the date of enrolment.
  9. 9. When the member purchases jewellery in excess of accumulated amount or in excess of accumulated Gold weight, the wastage (VA) as applicable will be borne by the member for the difference amount / weight.
  10. 10. GST & any other Government levies at the time of delivery will be borne by the member.
  11. 11. The member's signature and OTP will be verified at the time of delivery.
  12. 12. Company at its sole discretion can alter, amend, modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions from time to time.
  13. 13. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in chennai.
